Helpdesk

Our Helpdesk is the core of our service. We have a number of highly trained and skilled technicians, who can help with your problem as soon as you call. Using our remote control tools the technician can see your computer screen from our offices, so instead of asking you to read obscure error messages or explain a complex problem, the technician can watch while you demonstrate and see for themselves where the error is.

Once the problem has been identified, the technician can then work on your PC just as if he or she was sat in front of it, giving you a quick resolution to your problem, but without you having to wait for a visit.

By providing help using remote control tools, our technicians are able to fix more than twice as many calls than a technician who has to visit each computer, so the cost savings we make by having highly productive technicians can be passed on to your organisation through lower costs for your IT support needs.
