eyre solutions statistics show that with the combination of our remote control tools and a broadband internet connection at your place of work, more than 70% of all computer problems can be fixed without the need for one of our technicians to visit you in person. Our remote tools do not require anything to be set up on your computer before we can help - all you need to do is follow the instructions the technician gives you on the phone. Don't worry - this is as easy as visiting a website, and you don't need to install anything or understand any techno-babble.

However, there will always be occasions when your PC won't start up or something is preventing it connecting to the internet, and that's when our technicians will need to attend to the problem in person.

When an eyre solutions technician visits, you can expect:

  • Prompt arrival at the time pre-arranged


  • The technician will be trained and qualified to fix your computer, or advise on what work needs to be done to fix the problem


  • A loan replacement computer with Microsoft Office, e-mail and internet software if your computer needs to be sent away for repair (subject to contract)


  • An explanation of the problem in plain English - we hate IT jargon as much as you do!


  • A clear estimate on how long the problem might take to fix, and the costs likely to be incurred

And once we have taken your computer for repair, you can also expect:

  • Regular updates by e-mail on the progress of your repair


  • A return visit by an engineer to put your repaired computer back into service


  • The opportunity to tell us if you're happy with the outcome or not
